Kota Kinabalu: Keningau Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Nor Rafidah Binti Kassim, Daily Express Chief Editor James Sarda JP and philanthropist Ng Ah Chi were honoured by the Rotary Club of Kota Kinabalu at its meeting at Hyatt Regency, Monday night.Sabah’s oldest voluntary community service club presented three world recognised awards to what it described as “towering individuals whose services have positively impacted the community”.
