ACCORDING to Jumisah, Tawau MP Datuk Christina Liew is the first elected representative to have visited her bun factory in March this year. She was accompanied by the Tawau Parliamentary Chief Liaison Officer, Fung Thin Yein.

“We informed YB Christina about the flood waters that entered the compound and damaged the facilities in our factory. She approved the work to plug the holes in the fence around our house. We are grateful to the MP for her support and prompt action,” she said, adding that the area is prone to floods as there is a river nearby.
