Move to improve power supply system
Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) has introduced its Incentive Based Regulation (IBR) to improve the power supply system.

Its Chief Executive Officer, Mohd Yaakob Jaafar said IBR is a new phase introduced to improve the electricity supply service system.

“SESB has launched on a new phase named IBR to enhance the power delivery systems to every area in the State, beginning this year and lasting until 2024.

“The implementation of this phase would take three years to improve energy services to the community and raise customer satisfaction,” he said after paying a courtesy call on Head of State Tun Juhar Mahiruddin at the Istana Seri Kinabalu, here, on Tuesday.
