SIPITANG: Sipitang Umno Youth wants the Sabah Water Department to be proactive in addressing the Sipitang water crisis.Its Chief Sani Miasin said the Department should take immediate proactive measures to resolve the long-standing water issue in Sipitang and Sindumin.
