Kota Kinabalu: Future investors coming to Sabah are promised priority attention with the signing of a strategic collaboration agreement between state-owned POIC Sabah Sdn Bhd and China Construction Bank Corporation Labuan (CCBL) in Kuala Lumpur on April 8.
