High Covid-19 sporadic transmissions
Kota Kinabalu: The public are urged to be vigilant with standard operating procedure (SOP) compliance when visiting Ramadan bazaars as sporadic transmissions are still high, said Sabah’s Covid-19 spokesperson Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun.“The percentage of sporadic infections remain high, which is nearly 65 per cent on Wednesday.

“This indicates that the risk of transmission is still widespread, especially in congested public places. The people are urged to comply with the enforced SOPs at all times, especially when visiting stalls at crowded Ramadan bazaars,” he said in a statement, Wednesday.
Sabah’s caseload rose slightly to 158 on Wednesday from 150 the day earlier, while one death was recorded in Sipitang.
