Kota Kinabalu: Politicians and the public should not be hasty in criticising the MoU signed between Pakatan and the Federal government.Kota Kinabalu MP, Chan Foong Hin, said there had been continuous criticism from various parties on the MoU signed especially with the anti-hop yet to be presented.
“There is a process to follow whenever a constitution is to be amended. First the law itself needs to be amended before a new Bill is tabled,” he said.
