Kota Kinabalu: The Federal Government must look for a new approach to ensure development projects planned for Sabah could be carried out smoothly and completed on schedule.Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin said he has suggested for a ‘build and transfer’ approach to the Prime Minister whereby appointed contractors will be paid once they completed the projects based on work specifications.
