Kota Kinabalu: The National Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) said a NGO actively seeking the legalisation of stateless foreigners in Sabah – and whose advisor is a former top cop – is believed to be providing them bogus identity documents for a fee.“These people heard the Government is looking into possible documentation for foreign workers in Sabah and take advantage of the situation by claiming to be qualified to issue such cards,” said Sabah Suhakam Head Jasmih Slamat, Tuesday.
