Kota Kinabalu: The long-delayed Wisma Tionghua Sabah joint venture (JV) will finally be a reality following the decision of the developer to return the land to the landowners without compensation.“Arah Permai Sdn Bhd, developer of the Wisma Tionghua Sabah joint venture project, agreed to return the land to the Sabah United Chambers of Commerce (SUCCC) and United Sabah Chinese Communities Association of Kota Kinabalu (USCCAKK) without demand for compensation,” SUCCC President Tan Sri Andrew Liew Sui Fatt said.
