KOTA KINABALU: Three men were caught on tape breaking into a residence in Kingfisher on Tuesday.
When the trio broke in around 1.40pm, the house owner's wife was said to be present.
The three dashed out of the premises empty-handed as a result of her screaming.
On Tuesday afternoon, video footage captured from the house closed-circuit television (CCTV) went viral on social media, revealing the incident.
The first clip showed a man climbing over the fence before allowing the other two to pass through.
The first individual kicked open the main door to gain entry into the house.
All three were then seen entering the building before fleeing a few moments later.
