Kota Kinabalu: The widely anticipated State-level Pesta Kaamatan (Harvest Festival) will be celebrated physically this year with cautious compliance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), said Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan (pic).He urged visitors to remain vigilant with SOP compliance and celebrate the festival in moderation despite being granted relaxation on certain SOPs in the transition to the endemic phase of Covid-19.
