KENINGAU: Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan said the Kaamatan Festival is the best platform to expose the arts and culture of Sabah Bumiputeras.

He said this platform is also able to foster strong unity and understanding among the people, and the key to making Malaysia a prosperous and harmonious country that is respected in the eyes of the world.

“We should be proud and grateful for the success achieved by our beloved Malaysia,” he said in his speech at the launch of the State-level Kaamatan Festival by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor at the Sabah Handicraft Centre, here, on Sunday
