Kota Kinabalu: The Federal Government is obliged to uphold the Constitution if no negotiation is initiated with regards to the 40pc revenue entitlement to Sabah, said Tan Sri Simon Sipaun.He said the Federal Government and the State Government should conduct an orderly negotiation to resolve the issue.
“However, such negotiations should not extinguish an effect in any way on 40pc of Sabah’s rights conferred by Article 112C of the Federal Constitution,” he said.
