LABUAN: More private companies should participate in government efforts to develop the island as a two-pronged approach could expedite the economic momentum.Labuan Corporation Chairman Dato Seri Amir Hussein who was among those invited for the historic flag off of Labuan Ship To Ship (STS) energy transhipment hub at Victoria Bay point Limit (VBPL), said:
