Kota Kinabalu: Member of Parliament Chan Foong Hin called on the State Government and Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) to study and come up with an answer as to why East Malaysia accounts for half of the top 10 cities with the lowest happiness in the country.

“How did Kota Kinabalu end up with a happiness score which is the second lowest in the whole of Malaysia? The study clearly shows that the people here are dissatisfied with the current situation and it ought to be improved,” he said in a statement, Monday.
