PUTATAN: Community Development and People’s Welfare Minister Datuk Shahelmey Yahya called on the Putatan community to preserve and conserve nature in line with this year’s Kaamatan Festival themed “Kaamatan Menjiwai Alam Semulajadi”.He said the theme is suitable for current issues whether in the State, country or globally.
“The community here has a role to play in taking care of nature and ensure our environment is comfortable and prosperous,” he said when officiating the Putatan Kaamatan Festival held at the Dewan Seri Putatan, here, Sunday.
