Kota Kinabalu: Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Sabah and Sarawak Affairs) Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili said it was unprecedented for the Federal Government to be so open to Sabah’s requests, especially in getting back its rights under the 1963 Malaysia Agreement (MA63).He said Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) is willing to go to court to seek judgment on issues such as the 40 per cent special grant, should there be no solution.
