Kota Kinabalu: The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) and the National Security Council (NSC) support the issuance of foreigner identification card to all inland foreigners in Sabah.Sabah Suhakam head Jasnih Slamat @ Salamat said Suhakam supports the action plan of establishing a proper database to provide accurate statistics of foreign population in Sabah.
