Kota Kinabalu: Datuk Ewon Benedick said his action in filing the initial suit against the Federal Government regarding the 40 percent federal revenue for Sabah is vested upon him as Kadamaian State Assemblyman.He said he welcomed the efforts between the State and Federal govern-ments to negotiate the 40 per cent result, but argued that something more decisive should be taken by Sabahans.
