SIPITANG: Authorities here have been urged to address the issue of stray dogs.

“If the matter is left uncontrolled, these stray dogs would grow and pose a threat to public safety,” said Richard Dawat, a rest house employee, recounting an occasion in which his son was nearly bitten by the stray dogs.
