Suria Capital Holdings Q1 profits rise 54.4pc
Kota Kinabalu: Suria Capital Holdings Berhad reported a profit after tax of RM13.9 million in the first quarter of 2022 (1Q2022), up 54.4 percent from the RM9.0 million reported the previous quarter (1Q2021).

Suria Capital’s Group Managing Director, Datuk Ng Kiat Min (pic), said positive signs of improvement in economic activities began to emerge during the January-March quarter of 2022, as evidenced by higher port throughput, despite the uncertainties posed by the Covid -19 pandemic, which continued to threaten with new variants after the government lifted lockdown measures and accelerated mass vaccination campaigns.
