SANDAKAN: United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (Upko) Vice President Datuk Ewon Benedick questioned the government’s priority between issuing digital Sabah Identity Cards (IC) to genuine citizens first or to issue digital identity cards to foreigners in Sabah. “Friends in the Government bloc talk a lot about the proposal to issue the Sabah IC, also digitally.
