Kota Kinabalu: Sabah's daily Covid-19 caseload kept increasing, to 99 today, nearing the 100 mark that it has not hit for months.
Today's number was just one case more than yesterday's, said an update shared by the spokesman for the crisis, Datuk Masidi Manjun.
Kota Kinabalu was the biggest contributor to the state's latest case count with the district's 52 cases.
Ninety-seven of today's cases were asymptomatic or light infections while the remaining one case required hospitalisation and one more in the ICU.
