SANDAKAN: A 35 year local was nabbed by General Operation Force (GOF) Tiger Platoon Battalion 20 Beluran here at Kampung Sentosa, Mile 10 off Labuk Road on Thursday night having 38.52 grams of Methamphetamine.

Commander Brigade of GOF Sabah, Senior Assistant Commissioner, Abdul Rani Alias said, based on tip off, they raided and carried an investigation on the suspect’s house. “From the investigation, enforcement had found six small packets containing crystal clear chunks believed as Methamphetamine. They also found 14 aluminium foils believed used for drug addiction. “In addition to that, we also found another red box containing three big transparent packets believed as Methamphetamine too,” he said. All confiscated items including a scale were estimated around RM4,710 based on current market. The suspect was later brought to Sandakan Police Headquarters under Section 28 Criminal Procedure Code for further investigation and action.
