Kota Kinabalu: All driving institutes in Sabah will introduce a new pricing structure for the D-Class licence starting July 1.
Sabah Driving Institute Operators' Association (PPIMS) President Wong Cheu Kheng said the pricing structure was revised due to a major increase in operating costs.

"The new pricing structure only affects Manual (D) Class by RM100 per student and RM150 per student for Automatic Class (DA) excluding six per cent SST," he said, Thursday, using the short form for Sales and Service Tax.
He explained the slight adjustment is only to recover related costs at the minimum increase of nine percent from the current ceiling price.
"The new structure will include our value-adeed services. We hope to continue our excellent relationship with our clients and assure our service quality will reflect a similar increase," he said.
