Tanjong Papat Parti Bersatu Rakyat Sabah Ops Room opened

SANDAKAN: Parti Bersatu Rakyat Sabah (PBRS) opened its Tanjong Papat PBRS Operations Room here.

It was launched by PBRS President, Tan Sri Joseph Kurup.

Also present was Tanjong Papat Division Head, Alvis Loo.

Kurup also presented letters of appointment to PBRS branch and division heads in the area.

Additionally, he witnessed the Warisan, LDP, DAP, and Gerakan handing over of membership forms from division and branch leaders, as well as former members.

Joseph said the opening of the Tanjong Papat PBRS Operations Room, which doubles as the administrative office, will further support the activities of party members.

He said: “We expect they will effectively handle the operations room as well as PBRS Elopura here.

On other developments, he said PBRS, wish to contest the Tanjong Papat seat will be discussed with Barisan Nasional (BN).

PBRS will field 60 per cent fresh faces or young leaders who are keen to serve the people.

Kurup said young voters under the age of 18 are now able to cast their ballots in advance for the next general election. .

Alvis said thee are 17 party branches in Tanjong Papat, all of which are prepared for the next general election.
