SANDAKAN: Sabah Community Development Leader Unit (UPPM) is committed to forge a cooperation with Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB).Sabah UPPM Director Datuk Matbali Musah said this includes providing information to the people in all 73 UPPMs in the State on SESB’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes and rebates.
