PAPAR: A newly-established non-governmental organisation (NGO), Persatuan Suara Rakyat Sabah (Suara), which is based here, pledged to become the voice of the people.
Its President Johnny Sitamin said the idea of forming the association was mooted last year but Registrar of Societies (RoS) only approved its establishment on March 18, this year.

He said Suara was created solely due to the current situation and challenges faced by the people where many claimed their voices, especially when seeking help, went unheard.
