Kota Kinabalu: President of the SME Association of Sabah, Foo Ngee Kee, said Sabah’s civil servants as well as Federal civil servants can always consult or seek advice from the private sector who have many experts in their respective fields.

“The civil service must do their jobs, get others to help them how to do their jobs, like what I am doing in sharing my expertise at this World Bank Group function,” Foo said, following the IDS CEO’s presentation on the importance of the civil service as a delivery vehicle to realise the government’s development projects.
