KOTA Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) organised a meeting between various heads of government departments and several animal NGOs on June 14, 2022 at its premises to listen to all questions pertaining to the stray dogs/cats.

Questions were asked by several attendees such as animal rights lawyer Ariel Dasanand, local vet Dr Randolf Plaza, Dr Roslee Abbas of Heart and some residents from Kg Sulaman, among others.

Not surprisingly, the reps for Kg Sulaman want to get rid of all dogs and cats in their area.
