CHIEF Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor said the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah-BN Government will continue to put emphasis on human capital development in the State, especially among youths.

Based on the data from the Statistics Department, he said, the youth (aged 15-40) population in Sabah in 2020 was more than 50 per cent.
