KENINGAU: Despite being located some 70km from the nearest town of Keningau and using an unsealed road which becomes muddy when it rains and dusty when it is dry, SK Malaing here, won the district-level Girls’ Volleyball tournament for the 6th time recently.The government primary school in the remote area, with limited facilities and amenities, won in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022. There was no tournament in 2021 in view of Covid-19.
