Man attempts to jump from 10th floor of Kota Kinabalu building
The rescued victim placed under police custody.
Kota Kinabalu: Family members of a 30-year-old managed to talk him out of a suicide attempt at the 10th floor of Sutera Avenue, here, Thursday evening.

The Sabah Fire and Rescue Department Operations Centre (PGO) said they received a distress call at 4.13 pm.

Thirteen personnel from the Kota Kinabalu Station rushed to the scene, according to a statement.

“The victim was handed over to police for further action and the operation was called off 20 minutes later,” said a PGO spokesperson.
