British lad is brought down from mountain
The MoSAR team was called to carry the victim to a lower ground.
RANAU: The Mountain Search and Rescue (MoSAR) team had to act quickly to rescue a British boy who encountered breathing complications while on Mount Kinabalu on Saturday.

Head of Fire and Rescue (BBP) Department Ranau, Ridwan Bin Mohd Taib, said the 10 year old British boy suffered from shortness of breath and vomiting near the Km 6.0 Sick Bay Panalaban Mount Kinabalu at about 6pm.

The MoSAR team was called to carry the victim to a lower ground.

The incident was the third for August 2022 and the 44th victim on Kinabalu thus far this year.
