LAHAD DATU: The world renowned international sailing expedition “Sail Malaysia Passage To The East” has proven a success in reaching Sail Malaysia’s objective of showing how to navigate in a safe and enjoyable manner.Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri said one of the objectives set by Sail Malaysia towards this project is to showcase how to effectively communicate with Eastern Sabah Security Command (ESSCom) and navigate safely in Eastern Sabah.
Nancy said with ESSCom at the helm of security here, tourists need not worry as long as they know the right protocols, be it travelling by sea or air.
