Kuala Lumpur: A Member of Parliament (MP) from Sabah was frustrated after the Special Select Committee on Fundamental Liberty and Constitutional Rights meeting was called off at the last minute just because the invited ministers could not attend without a valid reason.

Tuaran MP Datuk Seri Wilfred Madius Tangau said he was concerned because firstly, time and money were spent on MPs from far away like him coming to Kuala Lumpur, but the meeting did not take place.
