Kota Kinabalu: The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (Matta) organised its first physical hands-on digitalisation workshop following the lifting of the Movement Control Order.The two-day workshop focused on digital marketing which is the global trend now to grow the travel business, said Matta Vice President (education and training) Christina Wahida Kong.
Through digital marketing, the tourism players hope to penetrate the international audience, she said during the workshop organised by Matta in collaboration with Sabah Tourism Board at a hotel here.
