Kota Kinabalu: Technical Adviser (Forestry) to the Chief Minister, Datuk Sam Mannan  said the carbon units mentioned in the Yayasan Sabah carbon deal with a company, Permian Malaysia Sdn Bhd, are only expected to be sold in 2023.“However, Permian Malaysia Sdn Bhd has paid RM240,000 in advance, as ‘goodwill’ payment, to cover among others, the bank-guarantee or performance bond, services required from Yayasan Sabah and the miscellaneous costs, etc.
