SIPITANG: The authorities especially the Public Works Dept Irrigation Dept Sabah (JPS) is urged to act immediately to build bigger culverts and construct barriers or gabions to manage the flooding here, as well as repair the road.The existing culverts are unable to accommodate excessive water and torrential rain.
Residents also requested the Public Works Department to repair roads damaged and made impassable due to floods.
