SANDAKAN: The opening of a cinema by investors from the peninsula in this small town is seen as appropriate.State Local Government and Housing (KKTP) Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun said this included providing employment opportunities to locals in the city as well as economic opportunities, especially the shops and businesses that operate in the area.
“Opening the cinema, if we look at it, it’s something quite simple but there are many challenges when managing it,” he said.
