“In fact tourism businesses revenue have expanded significantly over the last 30 years due to its ability to market its services more effectively through online and various social media platforms,” Tan pointed out when delivering his speech during the three-day Travel Agents Federation of India (Tafi) Convention 2022 held from Sept 22 at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK).
