Should be 50pc for peninsula; 50pc for Sabah, Sarawak
Dr Jeffrey, who is also Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, said the monsoon season aid which has been increased from RM500 to RM800 was well received by the people of this state.
KENINGAU: Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan described the allocation for Sabah in the 2023 budget as unsatisfactory, although increased.

“The development budget is focused on the peninsula even though largest with RM95 billion.

“Sabah and Sarawak are only given RM6.3b and Sarawak RM5.4b.
