Kota Kinabalu: The two Sabah deputy chief ministers and seven others should have sued the Federal Government over the “Projek IC” beneficiaries being registered as voters instead former of attorney-general Tommy Thomas over the Sulu affair.Borneo’s Plight in Malaysia Foundation (BoPiMaFo) President Daniel John Jambun said the Federal Government had allowed dubious voters to vote in an election, thus resulting in the disenfranchisement of the Orang Asal in Sabah.
“The suit against Tommy is not good for Sabahans and especially the KDMs because it has elements of political vengeance simply because the defendant was the Federal AG during PH’s era.... Why are the plaintiffs all KDMs and from PBS and Star only?, he asked.
