MATUNGGONG: The State Government has issued 1,330 Native Title (NT) grants involving nearly 7,000 acres of land throughout Sabah since May 12 this year.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor said the land titles were given to applicants in Pitas (206), Telupid (181), Tongod (611), Bandau (51) and the 281 here today.
The Chief Minister presented the titles comprising 1,546.68 acres of land in a ceremony at Dewan Terbuka Matunggong.
“More applications will be approved once processing is completed,” he said.
