1,330 Native Title grants since May

MATUNGGONG: The State Government has issued 1,330 Native Title (NT) grants involving nearly 7,000 acres throughout Sabah since May 12, this year.Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor said the land titles were given to 206 applicants in Pitas, Telupid (181), Tongod (611), Bandau (51) and 281 here.

He presented the titles involving 1,546.68 acres at a ceremony at Dewan Terbuka Matunggong, here, on Sunday.
“More applications will be approved when processing is completed,” he said.
