For Thiruvarsu Lacheman from Sungai Bakap in Penang, Diwali as it is also called and celebrated by Hindus everywhere today (Monday) it is remembering his late father, Lacheman Veerasamy.

“My late father impacted my life greatly. There were so many fond memories we had together. One thing I always remember about him was sneaking behind my mum’s back for cookies and later sharing them with me.
