Max tells Warisan to prove it does not back illegals
He was responding to Warisan President Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal’s (right) recent statement that he was threatening to sue Maximus (left) for defamation after the latter accused Warisan of being PTI-friendly.
Kota Kinabalu: PBS wants Parti Warisan (Warisan) to prove that the party does not back illegal immigrants (PTI), says Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili.

The PBS president made the call, saying Warisan should show proof that it is not connected to PTI.

“A denial alone is not sufficient. They must prove to us that they do not have the backing of PTI,” he said.

He was responding to Warisan President Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal’s recent statement that he was threatening to sue Maximus for defamation after the latter accused Warisan of being PTI-friendly.
