PENAMPANG: The Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) candidate for Penampang parliamentary seat, Datuk Kenny Chua Teck Ho claims its two-term incumbent Datuk Darell Leiking has not brought much improvement and development to the constituency.
Even during the time he served as a Federal Cabinet minister in the previous Pakatan Harapan (PH) governmenty, issues like the perennial floods and the health clinic were left unattended.
“Penampang has given Darell two terms as MP to perform. Of course, a lot of things cannot be implemented if you are in opposition. But while he was in the government also, there was not much improvement and development.
