Kota Kinabalu: Pakatan Harapan (PH)’s Sepanggar candidate Mustapha Sakmud is inviting all his opponents to an open debate on the constituency’s future before polling day this Saturday. He hoped Parti Warisan candidate Datuk Mohd Azis Jamman would take up the challenge seeing the latter was taken aback by PH campaign posters in Sepanggar that read “Sepanggar Has No Water”.
Azis, in a recent statement, pointed fingers at the GRS-BN State Government and PH’s Inanam Assemblyman Peto Galim for the lack of infrastructure development.
